Junior Sales Executive
This is a proactive, outbound sales role focused purely on generating new business in our target sectors. You'll be picking up the phone, building profiles from scratch, nurturing leads, starting conversations, qualifying time-critical opportunities and booking qualified meetings. You'll report directly to the Managing Director in a collaborative setup where the team works together to close deals. The role offers direct exposure to leadership, hands-on training in time-critical freight and commercial negotiation, and a clear path to Business Development Manager for the right person. High performers will take on full revenue ownership with significant earning potential.
