Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight & Cost Management
- Oversee the execution of large and intricate projects, ensuring effective cost control.
- Provide precise cost estimates, bills of quantities, contract documents, and reports.
- Conduct audits, cost checks, and reviews for construction and facilities management contracts.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Be client-facing, engaging confidently with Developers and Occupiers.
- Lead Design Team meetings, offer reports, and provide proactive cost control advice.
Bid Management & Internal Cost Monitoring
- Play an active role in the bid process to support business growth.
- Monitor internal costs to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.
Essential Qualifications
✔ Newly Chartered MRICS or 1-2 years PQE
✔ Experience working in a Consultancy environment
✔ Proven expertise in Interior projects
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
