Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across key sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a long-term partnership approach.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and solution-led selling.
- Provide consultative recruitment services, ensuring clients receive tailored hiring strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses secure the right talent while aligning with their goals.
360° Recruitment Cycle Management
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, including business development, resourcing, and placement.
- Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring seamless hiring processes and positive candidate experiences.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Talent Attraction & Assessment
- Craft and post compelling job adverts that engage top talent across various platforms.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidate qualifications, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Conduct pre-screening assessments, competency-based interviews, and reference checks.
Contract Negotiation & Commercial Management
- Negotiate fees, terms, and contracts with clients professionally and confidently.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain transparent discussions to maximize revenue opportunities.
CRM & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring seamless tracking of client interactions and placements.
- Monitor and hit agreed KPIs and revenue targets, driving business growth.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to track progress and improve strategy.
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment or B2B sales (minimum 12 months)
- Strong new business development skills and confidence building a cold desk
- Tenacious, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A team player who also thrives independently
- High levels of integrity and professionalism
- Knowledge of permanent recruitment across any sector is a bonus
