Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across key sectors.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a long-term partnership approach.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and solution-led selling.
  • Provide consultative recruitment services, ensuring clients receive tailored hiring strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses secure the right talent while aligning with their goals.

360° Recruitment Cycle Management

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, including business development, resourcing, and placement.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring seamless hiring processes and positive candidate experiences.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

Talent Attraction & Assessment

  • Craft and post compelling job adverts that engage top talent across various platforms.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidate qualifications, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Conduct pre-screening assessments, competency-based interviews, and reference checks.

Contract Negotiation & Commercial Management

  • Negotiate fees, terms, and contracts with clients professionally and confidently.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain transparent discussions to maximize revenue opportunities.

CRM & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring seamless tracking of client interactions and placements.
  • Monitor and hit agreed KPIs and revenue targets, driving business growth.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to track progress and improve strategy.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruitment or B2B sales (minimum 12 months)
  • Strong new business development skills and confidence building a cold desk
  • Tenacious, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A team player who also thrives independently
  • High levels of integrity and professionalism
  • Knowledge of permanent recruitment across any sector is a bonus
