Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Logistics Management

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency in storage, transport, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize inventory management, procurement, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.

Operational Efficiency & Cost Control

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational workflows.
  • Monitor and report on key logistics metrics, ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline inventory control and warehouse management processes.

Client & Supplier Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and distribution partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding logistics and order fulfillment inquiries.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to improve supply chain efficiency.

Technology & Process Optimization

  • Utilize CRM and logistics software to track orders, optimize routes, and enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve logistics operations.
