Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency in storage, transport, and distribution.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize inventory management, procurement, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
Operational Efficiency & Cost Control
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational workflows.
- Monitor and report on key logistics metrics, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline inventory control and warehouse management processes.
Client & Supplier Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and distribution partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding logistics and order fulfillment inquiries.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to improve supply chain efficiency.
Technology & Process Optimization
- Utilize CRM and logistics software to track orders, optimize routes, and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve logistics operations.
